Clearance Formalities

We can save you time and hassle by acting as your agent for clearance in and out. To facilitate smooth clearance on arrival in St Maarten, all preliminary paperwork can be completed in advance by our office. We pick up passports from the yachts while still at sea and effect clearances most often before the yacht has docked.

Port & Marina Bookings

We can assist with your berthing requirements, recommending marinas that best suit the vessel and the owner’s needs. We have strong contacts with all of the major marinas and shipyards in the area, and can often secure that hard to find slot in the high season.

Banking Services

We handle APAs, Currency Exchanges, Cash Advances and other banking services at the best rates available. We deliver APAs and Cash To Master transfers directly to you aboard your vessel and provide a secure and discreet service at the lowest rates available. Currency exchanges are provided at on the minute exchange rates and we handle crew gratuity transfers free of charge.

Concierge Services

We can assist with all VIP services including hotel or restaurant reservations and any other onshore assistance you may require. From collecting guests at the airport to arranging a helicopter to take you to the next island, we’ll make sure that your time and that of your guests will be enjoyed to the fullest.
